Your account and records

The app stores your name, email address, password hash, optional profile photo, ministry role, selected auxiliary-pioneer months, ministry entries (including dates, types, duration and optional notes), and personal targets in its hosted database. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than plain text.

How your information is used

Your information supports signing in, keeping your records, calculating summaries, importing and exporting entries, and password recovery. Password-reset emails are sent to your account email address.

Access and hosting

Within the app, records are linked to your account and other users cannot view them. The website operator and hosting provider may have technical access to stored data. The app is hosted with Fasthosts.

Cookies and security

A session cookie keeps you signed in. The app also stores temporary security information to limit repeated login and recovery attempts.

Your choices

You can edit or delete individual entries in Log and download your records from Reports. Keep optional notes brief and avoid recording other people’s personal information.
